The week of Sept 20 to 27, 2009

Wildman Sport Fishing Report - Clients are catching 12 to 20 Coho a day.  A lot of blushed fish, but still some bright silvers coming in to lower Ocean River.  The Char are definitely in their spawning colors and boy are the rainbow big and round, as they chow down on spawn and spawned out salmon.  Steelhead are beginning to arrive in good numbers, but we are out of fishing clients for the season.  Some of the guides will be fishing them and we will try to post some pictures next week.  Ptarmigan are in BIG NUMBERS with a 20 bird a day limit!
