At Wildman Lake Lodge, we own and operate our own DeHavilland, Cessna and Piper aircraft which are used to access several nearby rivers where we can fish for even more species and add even more variety to your sport fishing week. On our full week sport fishing packages, we include three fly-out days targeting salmon runs in nearby rivers. Our home river is also teeming with Salmon, Arctic char, dolly varden and rainbow trout during the entire sport fishing season.

Watch for wildlife. . .

On our fly-out days we see a lot of wildlife from the air; including: Alaska Brown Bear, Caribou, Moose, Wolves, Fox, Walrus as well as Eagles, Swans, Ducks and Geese. Seals, Whale and Walrus are seen along the Aleutian coastline. The Alaska Peninsula is truly one of Alaska's last untouched jewels.

Our fly-outs are generally no longer than 30 minutes, so you won't be spending your day flying instead of fishing. Wildman Lake Lodge is nearly 500 miles from the nearest highway, so you will be away from the crowd while fishing at Wildman Lake Lodge.

Whether you enjoy fly fishing or if spin-casting is your specialty, our pilot-guides have years of experience on the Alaska Peninsula and know where the best fishing is at any particular time.

On your fly-out fishing days, your guides will cook up a delicious shore lunch featuring "the catch of the day," hot sandwiches, salads, assorted chips, fresh baked cookies and your choice of beverages.
